The room was dirty when we arrived, toilets used, no towels. No answer from phoning front desk, a recurring problem through the week if we needed something. Pool towels must be reused by guests for the whole stay. It’s gross. You have to wash them yourself or specifically ask for a swap, otherwise people are bringing their same dirty towel back to those chairs day after day. Ick. But The Grove is like that -policies are not so much about making the place work as about squeezing its inhabitants for fees, deferring maintenance, and decreasing costs even for basics. It was a dirty place, with unhappy staff who seemed overwhelmed, and policies that annoyed us and got in the way of our fun on vacation. Don’t go here.

When we arrived the room was dirty, toilets used, and had no towels. I called the desk for help but no one answered, a recurring problem. I had to flag down security for help, and housekeeping eventually cleaned the room for us while we sat there. At The Grove, guests are suspect: signs in the rooms warn not to steal the awful, threadbare pool towels. Signs at the pool warn that lost room keys incur a charge: but are provided to guests on a weird knitted wristband that must be cut off to be removed, and which often failed to unlock my door anyway. If the signage doesn’t make you feel uninvited, the annoying policies will. Last: as I worked through checkin and getting help with the problems we encountered, I spoke with annoyed people who seemed stretched thin. We won’t ever be back and couldn’t recommend The Grove under any circumstances.

I love the property, the room the amenities and breakfast. The only thing i would change is the signage as finding sometimes things like the elevator wasnt easy. I definitely would stay there again.

Great stay very comfy and clean, the grounds and pools are amazing! Our bedroom tv was not working but they fixed within the hour. Our dryer did NOT work the whole trip. Maintenance came and said it was fine but it wasn’t. So we hung our clothes. Would 100% go back and would recommend!

The room was nice but a few appliances did not work properly for my stay. The tv service was super glitchy and displayed errors multiple times. The dishwasher did not work. Some of the cooking utensils were dirty and extremely over used. The welcoming staff was great. But on two separate occasions the staff seemed very dismissive. I also love the design of the resort. The security was great as well.

Really spacious, and well designed apartment. The rooms felt modern and were super clean, and my kids and wife found it a great place to stay. The hallways of the apartment building however seemed to give a dated feel however, which was very inconsistent with the vibe of the room. The hotel amenities on the other hand were good, but not spectacular. But then again, for the price I paid, if Disney is spectacular, then The Grove was great at its price point. They had a Pool, Water slides, Lazy river, Surf area (extra fee), Game room etc. I dislike that I had to pay extra for parking, when there was excess parking available, but oh well. That's all over Orlando

Easy check in and out. my 9 yrs old and 11 yrs old son like the swimming pools and water park very much. We have a lot of fun in lazy river and slides as well, food and drinks order from the poolside bar are yummy and price reasonable. We booked the 3 bedrooms family condo are very clean and spacious. Parking is convenient and covered connect with condo building. we definitely will come back the Grove Resort next time.
