Our family had a wonderful week. The house is lovely, well-equipped, well-maintained, clean and had lots of room for 8 of us with beds to spare! Of course, my grandchildren especially loved the pool. The shaded and screened-in lanai was perfect for lounging and family outdoor dining. Easy drive to and from the airport and shopping and theme parks were a short drive away. The host was fantastic. She responded promptly to communications and was so pleasant and helpful. My family would love to return!

The property was ideal for our multi generational family of ten. Plenty of room, clean with a plentiful supply of linen, plates, pots and pans. The pool was a great hit with everyone. Location only ten minutes from Disney was great Communication with Cathy the host was exemplary and very understanding when we had an issue early in the booking process. Fantastic house in a fantastic location

Had a family trip where everyone was coming from different places and meeting at this house. Very nice and accurately described in the listing. Highly recommend this listing and its location is fabulous for the theme parks or just hanging out around the pool.

Another Amazing Stay

Responsive Host, Accurate Listing

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing was accurate, the house was clean, and the one time I had to message Cathy (my mistake, not hers) she was very responsive. The pool area was large and we did pay to have it heated so we could enjoy the hot tub. I’d definitely stay here again. Minor tweaks would be nice, but they are similar to other VRBO’s so definitely not big deals. 1. If they provided laundry detergent, we could have washed towels while there. 2. We had to purchase more trash bags. 3. Only 1 mini bottle of shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, so just be aware to bring your own.

Family Florida Vacation 2025

My family of 8 stayed at John and Cathy's home over April vacation 2025, and I can honestly say we had the most enjoyable experience. I had never rented through VRBO before, and was very nervous about what it would be like. I shouldn't have worried at all! The house and pool were clean, there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, storage containers (I actually cooked Easter Dinner on Sunday). We were able to visit Disney three of the days during our stay, and the kids opted to hang out at the pool during the other three days. Having the dishwasher, washer and dryer on site made packing so easy! I would highly recommend their home to anyone looking to vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Great vacation home!

We had a great time staying at this property. The owners were wonderful and prompt in responding to a few issues that were outside of the home. Only down side was not having a game room, but that was our fault for not realizing when reviewing the photos of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and were thankful for a great home to stay in.

Beautiful place with great location.

You will have all you need to enjoy a great vacation at this beautiful property. It is the perfect location to all the theme parks. We enjoyed this place so much, we only wish our week would have allowed us more time to just relax around the pool and the clubhouse. Perfect For Families

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and will stay here again in the future. This home had everything we needed! Cathy called us upon check in to make sure everything was ok. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more than enough space. The private pool was a hit for the kids. Very quiet and secure neighborhood!
