Great location and great room!

Everything was great..we were right by Floribama and enjoyed the ordering from beach, we were close enough to everything but not on busy side with traffic..beds were very comfy and room close to middle elevators..never had to wait on elevator with being on 12th floor..we will stay again!!

The condo had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. The perfect location for what we wanted to do… parked my car upon arrival and it sat until it was time to go home! Truly enjoyed the view from my balcony… very peaceful! Security on the property at night was very visible which gave me and my group a great sense of safety!

Spectacular views

Had 6 adults stay in our 3 bedroom condo. All accommodations were fabulous, plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. The only thing o can suggest is the condo having cleaning supplies available for keeping the place tidy daily, other than that I can only say you will enjoy your stay with easy access to everything around.

Beautiful Condo but Maintenance was Lacking

The unit was nicely furnished; the beds were comfortable as well as other furnishings. Beautiful view from the balcony. Disheartening to have to pay $60 for one parking pass, this was not clear at time of booking. The coffee pot was not clean the first time we used it, there were coffee grinds and filter still in pot from previous guest. The dark wood furniture dusty. the HVAC air filter was beyond filthy. This is probably why the smoke alarm went off when heat was turned on. The first morning my husband was awakened by the front door being opened by management to allow the unit to be treated by pest control. This was not communicated with us prior.

Fourth of July Fun

The FloraBama is next door with fireworks that were nice! Comfy beds in the unit and all easy to use. I thought it was unusual to need to supply so many disposable items but had been given notice about it so it worked out. A nice rental unit.

Great condo with amazing views!

Great condo with amazing views! Well decorated with everything you need/want for a weekend st the beach! Perfect location to walk across to Florabama for songwriters’ festival. Elevators by garage did go to 12th floor! Check in was on line and so easy!!! Will definitely rent again!

My family had a wonderful time enjoying the beach. The condo was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, & utensils.

Great location and very nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that could have made the stay better was the elevator would not call to the 12th floor on the parking deck end of the building...so we had to either go to the elevators on the other end, or walk down to the 11th floor and ride it down from there. Not a huge deal—worse when we loaded and unloaded car. Would definitely still stay here again still.
