"Great hotel with fantastic views, friendly staff. Room was small but I loved having a bath tub. Coffee in the room was a plus. Lots of eating and drink places, snacks nearby. About 10 min walk to subway. Safe and a convenient store nearby. 5 min walk to tower hill and tower bridge and pier to catch water uber "

"I was in a recently refurbished room and had a problem working the technologically advanced light switch, but recognise that’s my error. Taking the key out solved the issue. It was a warm night in London but the air con worked a treat. I don’t eat breakfast but the cafe area was teeming with patrons and the coffee smelt really good !"

"I honestly have no idea why anyone is complaining about this hotel, the hotel does have two buildings so make sure you know which building you need! I went to the wrong building but the staff were more than welcoming to guide me to where I needed to be which was a stone throw away just opposite the other one! After reading comments about how small the rooms are I was surprised when I opened the hotel door! No bigger no smaller than a premier inn or travelodge just your standard size! It’s not suitable for families only for solo/ couples it’s perfect! Extremely clean and soft white towels - lovely breakout areas and rooftop balcony to have complementary hot drinks and snacks from the honesty counter! Currently does have some works getting done around the area however the marketing for this hotel is all around Canary Wharf so it’s a decent hotel! It’s got signage and statues for directions to it so it’s easy to find! The location for it couldn’t be any better your right where you need to be and a 5 minute walk to the main Canary Wharf tube station. £1 charge on arrival for damage insurance which I got £1 returned the following day! "Stayed here on a vacation with my small family of three. The hotel is unique and very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is pretty close to Canary Wharf and the bus stop is right out front. Easy hope on to get anywhere. Strangely, London traffic makes everything a half hour away, no matter where you want to go."

The views are definitely unbeatable; rooms cleaned daily with fresh amenities also provided immediately upon request (Grown Alchemist hygiene products) Located literally across the street from the Stratford tube, perfect location. Definitely will be my go to hotel in London. "

"A really good no frills stay in London, we were visiting Victoria park so it was a 15 minute walk away and the hotel is right by Bethnal Green underground. Small rooms but perfect for what we needed in a 1 night stay, surprisingly quiet at night, all good!"
