Because i had a long stay. Breakfast should of been suggested just like i saw the staff insert free breakfast to one of the guest. The cleaning was a bit off. I didn't know the days for cleaning. I had to ask. One of the cleaners was a bit pushy and bossy and needed me out of the room to clean last minute. But aside from that the stay was great. Last thing when i come back i need the same room or something of the very same as (room 350). The size i was originally in was way too small with no closet, or place to put your clothes...

Room was clean, quiet and a good size and the bathroom was lovely. Only negative is the mobile reception was terrible so I couldn't log into the Internet - might be worth telling people to do that at the reception when they check as once in the room you can't do it.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Stratford and this is hands down the best value for money, particularly in terms of service and facilities. Staff were all really friendly and accommodating; even made me a “make-shift” ice pack for a migraine that was crushing my soul at 9:30pm and I was grateful for it. I was sad to have a breakfast date elsewhere as the breakfast here looked elite. The facilities were comfy, perfect for working away from home and varied and I appreciated being able to make a hot drink without having to pay £4.50 for a tea bag and hot water! Free Pool table Looked excellent and the cloth was in good condition (if you play Pool, you know!) I slept so well; I woke up briefly twice absolutely convinced I was in my own bed at home. This place is going to be my go-to in Stratford now; hands down the new favourite.

Great shower pressure. Comfy bed. Clean. Easy access to the Tube. We didn't like the coffee at the breakfast bar. The fish and chips were not good either. We would stay here again.
