Wish I could leave more stars because the house is in a great location, but unfortunately the property is poorly managed. There was no toilet paper anywhere, not even tucked in a drawer or cabinet. The only roll of paper towels was almost gone and there weren't extra trash bags. We found the dog bowls under the sink, but who knows when they were last checked because one contained disgusting sitting water. The floors were dusty and there were tons of cobwebs in the living room windows. The couches looked vacuumed, but there were spots where food was sat on and not wiped off. It was enough space for 6 adults and a dog, but the cleaning/management of the property needs some serious work.

Terrible and dangerous
Terrible experience. Dangerous snow overhang on the walkway that we emailed, texted and called about everyday. We were told each day that “someone was coming” and no one ever did. Essentially they lied to us. It would have been much better if they were honest and just told us the truth. After we checked out, they said it was because of the snow, but the street was plowed and we went out each day with no problems. Other houses had people coming to shovel the walkway, but we did not. Ultimately I had to shovel myself. In addition to the dangerous walkway overhang, the fireplace didn’t work, the wifi did not work at all, the hottub was not shoveled off and not accessible. It would have been easy for someone to come by to fix the fireplace, wifi and shovel. They should not rent a place that is not safe, and they experience was terrible. All this doesn’t include how bad the beds are and other things…

Great hot tub
Happy to say the hot tub was fantastic! Overall the cabin is cute and cozy. The space has been utilized well even though it is a small cabin. There’s only one double bed and the rest of the beds are twins- not ideal when traveling with couples but would be perfect if you have 10 kids. Pillows and blankets were cheap and uncomfortable. The location is great and it’s one of the nicest hot tubs at a rental. If you can bring your own bedding and don’t mind sleeping in twin beds, it’s worth it.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay - great location, great hot tub. I understand why some people mentioned it seemed small. It was great for our small family (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 tiny dog) but I wouldn't take a big group there even though there are plenty of beds. Though I would stay there again in general!

Horrible stay
What a horrible experience. House was dirty, trash all around property, tons of dog poop around- so gross- , broken patio furniture on deck, and the greatest inconvenience of all was house had a major water leak. Water running and seeping in walls by master bedroom kept us up entire first night. The water problem had already been reported by previous renters and additionally the local water company already knew about it and had shut water off. Clearly owner turned water back on and continued to rent and not fix the problem. Called property manager first thing in am and yes they came but turned water off all day and had 3 workers on property all day trying to fix. We had a funeral to attend and it was the most stressful unreasonable unrelaxing stay we’ve ever had. Beyond disappointed. We have filed several complaints and no one getting back to us. Perfect example of a greedy homeowner not doing maintenance and just making money continuing to rent out their house. We are demanding a partial refund and if no one returns our many messages we’ve left we have no choice to seek legal assistance in small claims court. So disappointing!

Good house for us!
It was our first time to Tahoe and we weren’t sure what we were getting, but the house was clean, process was easy, and it was pretty easy to get everywhere- about 15 minutes to the lake. It would have been nice of there were more cooking vessels and spices, as we cooked at home a lot, but otherwise it was nice. We had a 2yo, 5yo, and 5 adults and we all slept comfortably.

Few issues but overall I really liked the place.
We arrived at 4:10pm expecting that we’d be able to unpack and relax after a long drive. When I opened the door I was surprised to see the cleaning ladies just started cleaning. After 40 minutes of sitting out side we were able to go in. 15 min after we got in they came back and gave us a garbage bag that had toilet paper, paper towels and soap in it for us. I felt a bit dissatisfied in how the cleaning processes was and also noticed the air filter was disgusting in my opinion and didn’t look like it’s been replaced in 3 months. Besides that we had no other issues, there is not air conditioning only heat but there are tiny fans available to use it gets hot during the day but quickly cools down. The beds are very firm, so if you can’t sleep on a firm bed I wouldn’t advice booking since they’re all hard. Perfect location, very peaceful, friendly neighborhood, nice kitchen and the hot tub was great! The dinning room table and chairs were aesthetically pleasing but not as functional as you’d hope or comfortable. I have a photo of the air filter if the company would like to see.
