2/10 Terrible

Parking: $34 valet parking. This hotel offers zero parking and has the audacity to offer valet parking at over double the rate of the two public lots nearby. And by nearby, I mean a quarter to a half mile away.
Registration: Every time I went to the front desk, there was a line of people waiting. This hotel does not appropriately staff their front desk.
Food: Mediocre and overpriced.
TV: The remote has an Apps button and Netflix button; neither of which work so watch whatever you can find on the lowest tier tv channel package.
Bathtub: The bathtub was not angled properly for drainage. So last night’s leftover water that didn’t drain left a tepid surprise for an unsuspecting foot in the morning.
Towels: There was 1 bath towel, 4 hand towels, and 0 face towels.
View: Enjoy the high view of a demolished building.
Cleanliness: The room was not dirty, but it did not feel deep cleaned. It’s one of those inside hotels that you see in prom movies where students wreck the place.
Automated Texts: Received multiple texts about giving the hotel a rating; this time would have been better spent cleaning and stocking the rooms appropriately.
Rating: This hotel has 4 stars on Travelocity, and I can only assume that rating was achieved by multiplying its 1 star by 4 because I have stayed at multiple Motel 6s that were far better than the Grand Wyndham in Downtown OKC.
Summation: There are many better options than this hotel and each of them has better parking.
