The room is noisy. Conversation from hallway outside is clearly heard. Toilet flap is worn out causing water internally leaked. The worst is a morning call to my room at 13th floor from the hotel kitchen starting around 5:20am. My room is filled with bacon smell. The restaurant is not open until 6:30am.

The stay was good, but all my kids and family got chemical burns from the pool. My kids face and legs are burned and their swimming suits are now 10 shades lighter and discolored due to the pool. To much chemicals. Every valet Parker was AMAZING and made the stay so much more enjoyable

Our room seemed to be un finished. Lamp was knocked over only 1 coffee 1 tea 1 cup lid. Just felt very un made. The carpet was pretty gross.

The bath tub was disgusting. There was dried boogers and looks like it had not been cleaned in years. The towels also give were still wet, pretty damp which was gross as well.
