Ck-in staff was great! However my son slice is finger turning the faucet in the shower reported to manager, managers demeanor was of annoyance and careless. He did change us 2 another room but if he would just said I'll make sure maintains will.fix it & reported it we would have been happy. Room was a good size.

When you go inside the room its stinks. The hotel staff is by herself so if you need something you need to wait for few minutes. They dont have enough towel so if you want extra they will not give any.

HOTEL

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in the Room is gross they had hair in the towel they don't wash the towels they don't wash the blanket they were gross everything about that Room is disgusting they don't vacuum and everything in there is gross by far disgusting I wouldn't even stay in that hotel ever again would not recommend it they need it rebuild

Wouldn't stay here again

Pros: The staff were really nice and friendly
Cons: A general overhaul on the rooms
Location: The base is within two miles and it is close to the ocean.
We were in town to drop my son off at the base and wanted something close by being as we are not familiar with the area. The plus side of the visit is the staff. The lady that checked us in was very personable and friendly. The picture of the fireplace in the ad is definitely the nicest thing there and it is very small. The room we stayed in had water damage on the ceiling. Places where it looked like it was sinking. There was paint peeling off the walls, big chunks of paint. I'm not sure if the carpet was really dirty or just an unfortunate color but it looked very old/stained up. The chairs had holes in them. The window had no screen on it and the bathroom door had a maybe 2 inch "extension" on it at the top. It looked like the door had either been repaired or maybe it was too short and they were going to have a gap. Let's just say You get what you pay for. The hotel in general is very run down. I wouldn't opt to stay here again.

Great overall

I've stayed here several times over the last couple of months as we are in transition between our move. The staff is overall excellent, but they have a guy named Andrew who I don't believe is a good match for this type of job. He dresses like a hoodlum, and doesn't have the best customer service skills.

Super 8's looks outside were deceiving, it needs some sprucing up with a paint job and gardening. But the rooms are great and I would recommend the Super 8. I was caught off guard with the $100 deposit, that should be mentioned on the site before booking.

First off ac was all busted up...front plastic kept falling off, as well as the k obs for the settings...very out dated, the room smelled horrible upon arrival...will not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone!

Worst hotel employees ever!!!!!!!!

Got a room for 2 nights, the next day maid cleaned room and took a bag of cloths that was under the sink. When reported to the front desk about it all I got was a lot of attitude and the feeling they didn't care about it .next day by the time the days shift clerk /supervisor &12hrs later still had no answer and got even a more rude and even worst attitude clerk was the worst eeevvveerrr!!!

Worst experience in my life

Pros: location to freeway
Cons: Clean carpets, security to keep transients out, edible food, etc.; list too long
First, we reserved double rooms with 2 beds in each room, non-smoking.Called &confirmed 3 times w/ hotel, Travelocity & w/website. Got there, no such thing. So I had no choice but to purchase ANOTHER hotel room at a higher price for last minute. Each room smelled like cigarettes. Fridge did not work & my medication required to be. No remote for tv after asking multiple times. Found roaches in both rooms. Had 3 different homeless people approach my kids & 1 knock at 1:30AM on our door asking my husband for cigarettes. Mold in bathroom.Brought this to the managers attention. His response "you booked with a third party.Deal w/them. I can only move forward. Would you like a paper receipt?" That was it. Called travelocity. After 1 hr and 39min. transferred 3 times, travelocity did nothing to correct the issue. I have been using Travelocity for almost 20 yrs to do ALL my bookings. I have never had such a negative experience w/Travelocity or a hotel in my life!
