Perfect for big families!!

We were looking for a house that could comfortably accommodate everyone. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were too. Everyone mentioned sleeping well. I love the open space and high ceiling. It makes it feel even more spacious than it already is. Checking in was seamless and easy. I had no issues so I didn’t have to contact our host. The place is very clean and sanitary. There were previous comments saying there was a lack of furniture but I didn’t see that to be the case when I visited. The dining room has a bigger table now. There’s also a smaller dining table beside the kitchen, with perfect view of the pool and the lanai (which has it’s own dining area too). The sofa is bigger than expected. There’s bar stools by the kitchen island in case anyone wanted to eat by the TV in the living room. The pool was perfect, not cold at all. Overall enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for a weekend getaway if you’re visiting Ocala.

Swim meet sanctuary

It was a long weekend of a swim meet at the FAST pool. Location was great for being near the FAST aquatic center as well as great dining and shopping. Will stay again!

Bones were good - rest was broken

In summary, the home is large and plenty of space. Other than that it needs some major TLC and upgrades. We had 6 adults with only 1 piece of furniture to sit on. Zero rugs or mats in the home which made it super loud, uncomfortable and got dirty easily. Master shower broke. Management did get it fixed quickly but for sure mold from the leak already in the garage. Majority of light bulbs burned out, ice maker broken, and Keurig broken. This house has huge potential. Just needs some investment.

Lovely home, great for a crowd

Our family of 7 adults stayed here Fri-Sun to watch a Florida Gator game. Great house; really weren’t there long enough to use any amenities like the pool, but it was a very comfortable stay. Plenty of driveway spaces for everyone’s cars. Only complaint is that we communicated twice…once to ask how to complete the final payment and the other to ask about access information. We didn’t get a reply to either inquiry. Both were resolved (payment automatically was charged to original credit card and access information was sent morning of our trip), but it would have been helpful to get a reply. Other than that, perfect stay!

Kelly was by far the best host ever at helping and taking care of anything and really showed she cared about our stay and us being comfortable as possible because we were running from a cat 4 Hurricane very quiet neighborhood and peaceful and relaxing house couldn’t ask for a better place to stay would highly recommend staying at one of her properties definitely need way more hosts like her thank you Kelly for a awesome experience 😁😁😁

Great

The house was nice. Property manager Kelly was phenomenal! 5 bedrooms was nice to spread out the kids. Pool was nice but the fountain part was broken. Kitchen could use more cooking supplies ( like bigger pots, blender, mixer, wine opener, cheese grater etc as we had to go buy our own). Great neighborhood.

There were six of us in the house. We were there for a swim meet at the FAST pool. Location was perfect. Kelly was amazing. We had some issues with some things; however, they were attended to right away. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great. We never felt like we were living on top of each other. We would stay here again.

Suited our needs well! Property Manager very responsive to needs!!

Had everything we needed; kitchen well supplied with items to use; Blackstone grill—awesome. Pool and lanai atea—awesome. Lots of rooms/beds. Bathrooms—great! Garage door needs some fixing. Would recommend add one comfortable chair for living room (like a recliner), but loved the wooden rocking chair as we had several small children:). Thank you!!!

Beds are very comfy, pool is clean and fun, WiFi and Netflix run well and kitchen is large! There were very few towels (but has a washer and dryer), and a tight fit for more than 2 cars in drive. Overall a great stay.

We all enjoyed this house, we stayed to go to Saturdays Fl Gator game and celebrate my Fiance birthday. The veiw of the horse farm out the back door/ porch was very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable.

Very nice

We were unable to put a car in the garage because the opener wouldn’t work. The pool and lanai area were not clean. Hair balls and foam noodle pieces were floating in the pool. One table outside had cigarette ashes all over it. The interior was clean and plenty of towels.

Beautiful....exactly what we needed!

Home is beautiful...clean...loved the equestrian vibe as we were here for a horse show at WEC! Only 15 min drive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! There were 8 of us there and only 9 bath towels so that was the only slight struggle but made it work! Thank you!

Beware! Property Management company (Evolve) canceled our reservation last minute

Be very cautious when booking this property. We had booked in advance, had confirmations from both VRBO and Evolve Property Management. However, at 11p the night before we were to check-in, Evolve suddenly canceled our reservation due to overbooking. We found out by email. The alternate properties they suggested were not even close to being comparable. There was a large event going on in Ocala during the time of our reservation and we were forced to spend hours on the phone trying to find another accommodation with VRBO. Do not trust Evolve.
