All the staff was amazing. Everyone was very pleasant. The main lobby, halls and rooms were impeccable. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of variety. I loved the red roasted potatoes and the western omelets. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Hotel needs to be updated. Room was ok but dark, old and musty smelling. The sheets were threadbare, the noise from I-75 was nearly unbearable. Heavy truck usage, engine brakes, non stop all night. I realize this is not the hotels fault but I would never stay here again.

This hotel suffers from a great deal of road noise, which is to be expected as it is right next to the interstate. It is also a little rundown. Both curtains in our room were torn and hung in tatters. I feel like Hampton can do better than this. It was also difficult to get in and out of the property because of road construction and the resulting backed up traffic. Staff were friendly, although I could have done without the political commentary. Breakfast was nicely displayed and the breakfast area was clean. The shower was very hot and the door key card worked easily. A first for us. Overall our stay was fine, but perhaps not up to Hampton's usual standards.

The staff was really nice. The hotel overall was clean however, my room did not smell good. It smelt like urine. I don't know if it was the carpet but it was unpleasant.
