We paid for ocean view which was blocked by buildings Could not even watch the sunset. My wife was attacked by bedbugs and had 7 serious welts on her body. We also had several problems with our room including running out of body wash in the shower and flickering lights in the bathroom and kitchen. We had to ask for toilet paper several times. The pool as ok but no hot tub. Very overpriced for our experience.

nice two-bedroom suite to accommodate our family with two kids. old facility but acceptable. reasonable price. relatively cheap overnight parking at the Waikiki area. convenient location.

The suite was REALLY old. The sofa bed was so extremely dangerous that my daughter (8) could not sleep in it. The babybed we had to get ourselves downstairs in the middle of the night, which was so broken and discussing that we didn’t even used it. The only good thing is the location of the hotel (5mins walking to Waikiki Beach) BUT be aware, many homeless people are sleeping right next to the entrance of the hotel.
Kids were on the photo so I had to cut it. As you can see it is REALLY run down! In that one chair was still food leftover.

The rooms with kitchenette are a bit old but clean, the king size bed was great. We had an ocean view room which gave us sun from noon to sunset.

The room was in good condition however the main bed was no more than just a double bed. I have stayed here a number of times and I have always had a king size bed. Also the people in the neighboring room were very rude and kept banging on the walls. Also the Sunset seems to have become a residential building now instead of a hotel which is very sad. It was once a great place.

Our hotel was amazing. The parking is convenient in the garage, and lots within walking distance. We were delayed by 1 day and the hotel held up our reservation. Expedia was not helpful in contacting the hotel, I had to do it myself. Expedia will not refund my 1 day fees for our delay thats out of my control due to flight change. I will not use them again.
