This property is impossible to access.

This property is impossible to locate. The roads on the maps leading up to the property have been washed out due to flooding and heavy rain. No one answers the phone, hotels.com did not help me with a refund or cancellation. This was a complete nightmare booking. Do not book here until the roads are fixed and they have some type of communication.
