"There was a domestic situation with the visitors during the night. However the hotel staff handled the situation and I was compensated with no problem for the inconvenience. Staff seems very welcoming and attentive to their customers! "

"Breakfast was not included however, the coffee and pastry bar were delicious. The staff was so pleasant while performing multiple duties. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Washington Monument. The rooftop and whiskey bar were such a wonderful addition. We attended an event at the Capital One Arena and were able to walk less than one block to the event. The Gallery Place Metro Station is literally right across the street. Walgreens is located just a few steps from the hotel for any needs you may have. All staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our every needs. Great destination hotel. We will definitely book again for any DC visits. "

"We had an end room with a balcony and it was huge with gorgeous views. So many amenities and options for all ages. You never have to leave the hotel, which is good because parking is NOT easy. You must Valet and it is expensive. Front desk staff was amazing from check in to making sure we received our Omni credit to having change for the Valet. Gardens around the property are a must see. The gym, pools and spa are lovely. Elevators are old and small but the stairs are right next to them so you decide what works. There is a barista on site if you do not want the traditional breakfast. We will be back. "
