Very nice and good location

Everything was great but the Sunday buffet breakfast was not very exiting, but also wasn't very expensive for a hotel.

Was expecting the room to be bigger. Very small. They also do mention no parking. It’s 50 a day for valet parking or try to a spot and not get a ticket.

Nice, upscale hotel, beautiful interieur

Pros: The room was beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable, with old-time atmosphere, the staff was courteous and professional in every aspect.
Cons: The selection of healthy choices could be wider at the buffet breakfast table. (more fruit, salads)
Location: Great location, stores, dining, Metro station is nearby. A plethora of famous historical buildings can be reached within walking distance.
I have spent 20 years in International Travel and Hospitality, as owner of a travel agency, therefore I could really appreciate all the details of the overall experience in this great establishment.. I have stayed 3 nights in this hotel as an extension of my trip attending a conference elsewhere in Washington DC. I arrived straight from the conference hotel, and the difference was conspicuous... During my stay I have visited to Government district, attended a tour at the US Capitol, and took the Metro to discover more of the people and everyday life of Washington DC. (The Dupont Circle station is just a block away)

Great location, nice hotel

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be within walking distance to Metro, ample restaurants and shops and still not within bustling downtown area. Fabulous architecture to admire all around and quaint area to be in for business and pleasure.

Nice hotel ina great location.

Pros: Staff`
Cons: Have a bar and lobby. Update the bathrooms and some of the furniture.
Extremely nice and competent gentleman at the reception/checkin counter. Room was comfortable and bed was great. Some features are a little date - like the vanity was low. Loved the shower. No bar or lounge. But overall a very good experience.

Nice hotel

Pros: Embassy row...lovely area
Cons: cleanliness
Beautiful hotel but room was dirty, very thick dust behind end tables where you would plug electronics in, dirty empty bottle under desk, dirty Kleenex on floor behind night stand. Comfortable bed and lovely room just lacked the care of cleanliness....very disappointing.
