We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking.

As usual, we had to immediately change rooms due to horrible stains on the bathroom area carpet. We were quickly given a room with no carpet. Breakfast had improved some since last stay. Boiled eggs over reconstituted/liquid eggs would be nice. Best to be ready for the big World Cup gathering.

Argosy Casino & Hotel
Overall a nice place to stay & enjoy casino. Parking garage is on the other end from hotel. So if you want to park in the garage you will have to walk to the other end of the building to reach the hotel area.

Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City
I have received 0 assistance from staff or Expedia for my check in issues. We didn’t even stay at the hotel!!!!! Waiting on a response to see if I can even get a refund. Useless staff, didn’t help at all.
