AC didn’t work in the room. Had two maintenance staff try to fix with no success. Front desk didn’t seem to care too much about the issue. I realize sometimes issues arise but it was enough for me to not stay there again.

This is a hotel located at a casino. The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and they provided complimentary bottled water. The only glich was that the entrance to the hotel was blocked off by construction. This required entering through the casino and carrying luggage farther.
