Colored water & funky'lator

The elevator stunk. Rank. A mix of BO & funk. In desperate need of a mop, a deep clean and an air freshener installed. Wow it was potent. The water is brown. Or, yellow-ish brown. There are multiple signs posted stating it's normal & safe. Be that as it may, the water has a distinct color. I would've wanted to know in advance. I feel yellow-ish brown water, no matter how safe, or that inspection records are available would've swayed my decision on staying that.

Beds were comfy. The floors were moist- like they had been cleaned but not fully dry. There was a hair under the toilet seat and the water in the toilet seemed to always be yellow, even after flushed. Not sure if the water was discolored or the toilet bowl itself. It appeared white so I’m not sure. Also- if you stay on upper floors- the windows open. We had small children and it was an issue. When I took a shower later I went to place the wet washcloth above the shower curtain and was greeted with another used washcloth hanging there already from previous occupant. We needed to drive early and there was no coffee available in the lobby when we left and the two gas stations nearby were closed The pool area is in the back of property and there is no lock to get in pool and we had to walk back up to get towels from the front desk. The gate also leaned terribly when any pressure put on it. Needs to be replaced.
