Rented a room just for a couple hours with my husband. It was barely average. This hotel needs a good update/remodel. There was some mediocre patch up work done in the bathroom. Would be ok for a night or two….

Wokeup in the middle of the morning ( 2 a.m ) HOT, AIR WAS NOT PERFORMING. CALLED FRONT DESK AND THE OVERNIGHT WORKER HUNG UP ON ME. HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE WHEN I ASK HIM DID HE REALLY JUS HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER HAVING A PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE)

worst hotel ever. the landline in my room didnt work. No wake up calls. a homeless woman had a key to my room and came and went as she pleased. Staff was nice. the lady at the counter was super helpful

It was soop nasty we had tovclean enrire b4 we even sit down to relax and still needed way more cleaning wanted to take a bathand mw and my friend had to take turns cleaning it and it still took us an hour to clean! No ice machines worked

Not much to Lille. Wi-Fi was spotty and slow. Almost impossible to utilize. I didn’t receive the Ada room I requested.

You get what you pay for.!

The stay was a little bit below average. Clerk that check me in was weirded out and somewhat rude. Facilities were not modern. No security, but the police department is accurate it's something is going wrong there. For the price it was a decent quick 2-day stay.

It is by far the nastiest Hotel I've stayed in and I've stayed in every state in the United States, the room is terrible there's no hot water and there's holes in every wall the TV doesn't work and I would really like a refund

For the price this was a great find. The room was clean and the linen was white and clean. The room was very nice and it was quite outside. Very restful experience.
