We got in late last night. We came in to the front desk trying to re charge me for my rooms that I had already pre paid for. A lady walks up while I am standing in line to check in and says when she got to her room that someone was already in there. I think that is very scary! We get to our rooms and they are dirty. We had two paid for rooms and neither of our rooms had the pillows on the beds. One of the bathrooms were never cleaned. I submitted these pictures to show you all the trash that was all around the room so we know there was also no way it was vacuumed. The price you are charging a night is insane for the service we got. We got up to the continental breakfast and the toaster didn’t even work. We paid way to much for this and now we are only hoping and praying we do not get bed bugs from this god awful experience.

Our room was beyond filthy. The tub was leaking, the bottom of the tub was peeling and had a huge rust stain. Bed linens were stained, floor was nasty. Room smelled terrible walls were covered in everything

Lights near bed did not work at all. Bathroom missing toilet holder and mirror lights not working. Floor carpet was torn and almost caused my wife and daughter to trip and fall. Originally the TV did not work, and maintenance came and found the cord was unplugged. After plugging in the plug to the wall socket, the TV worked. From the outside the hotel looks nice but the inside is very outdated and not being taken care of. Will not return

Horrible stay

There was hair on the shower floor. The shower walls were dirty. The bed sheet was ripped at the corner top by the window. Beside the tables was dirty. Trash was behind the bed. There were no big towels thank goodness I brought my own. The tables beside the bed were dirty and sticky. The ladies at the front desk were very polite.

While the staff was very kind and helpful some things like a loose faucet and crumbling wall in the room near the window were unnerving. The carpet felt a little icky and the hide-a-bed was insanely uncomfortable. However, those things being said the property was very inexpensive and the staff was very helpful so overall I would say the accommodations were acceptable if you need a place to rest your head. I would say if management could work on fixing the up the property I would give this a 5 star review. Location isn't the most pleasant, but it's convenient and that's what we needed.

I’ve stayed there a few times but am disappointed on the breakfast because they promote serving breakfast but are always out of breakfast sandwiches & never have enough or will replenish anything missing, also they don’t clean out the rooms daily
