We had gotten a room at another Hotel and the changed our days on us without my knowledge so I needed a room quick and affordable and Bally’s came through!! Great night sleep…water pressure in the shower was horrible but everything else made up for it!

4+ stars but not perfect.

Solid comfort for a low price. The hotel is clean rhe staff friendly and the rooms are comfortable. There were a few inconceniences, first at my time of arrival it took a while to get checked in because they only had a single desk worker. Second, needed more towels in the room. And last, no room service menu but they offer room service. If you went downstairs and placed your order they would not deliver even tho its the same menu.

Hotel that is Past its Prime

The check-in staff were friendly but we were never able to get a room key that worked the entire stay. The hotel is dingy, old and needs to be renovated. The toom was spacious but dated and smelled of stale smoke. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet so we had to keep getting up to fix the bed to prevent sleeping on the mattress. There were no trash bags in any of the cans. There wasn't a rug for the bathroom so we had to use a towel. The room service was atrocious. The room phone did not call too the kitchen. We called the front desk and it took multiple attempts to get in contact with the kitchen. Then after that, the order was wrong and the food was cold (no microwave in the room). Went to the Celebrity Lounge where the entertainment was awesome but the drinks were disgusting: small selection of premium liquor, stale, wilted olives in my martini, poor wine selection, ended up drinking bottled beers. First and probably last time in Shreveport.
