I booked this room for a very, very, very special occasion. I haven't seen my daughter in 32 years. I booked this room because I thought it was the same as Las Vegas. Sam's town rooms, but it wasn't the room size was excellent. But it was dirty. The dresser drawers kept opening by themselves staying open when you close them. No bathroom, toilet paper, no housekeeping assistance. I didn't get in contact with housekeeping till the 3rd day. My reservation was December 4th to December 8th. I went downstairs to the front desk to let them know what was going on. It was too much dust, my Asthma was kicking up and flaring real bad, they changed the room to a higher floor the room was smaller, the refrigerator stopped working my food. My insulin went bad.It was just an all bad trip. Some of the front desk staff were nice. The other ones felt like you owe them something. I spent a nice amount of money on this trip to reunite with my daughter, who I haven't seen like I said in 32 years. And it's just sad, I promise you, I won't stay there ever again. The loss of medicine that I had to go find a pharmacy spend time to get my medicine back. Go buy ice packs and hot and cold bags. It just wasn't right. Unsatisfactory not professional
