No wash clothes or toiletries in bathroom. No robes or extra blanket in closet. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and hostile for zer reasons. Security was very polite and helpful and even tried to assure me the attitude at the front desk was not the norm and the guy is normally very polite. Would not recommend or ever stay there again.

Rooms Room had some issues, broken items Food & drinks Not all restaurants were open. And Smoky Joe's Cafe was not good. No sirloin steak; they have been out over 3 months. No onion rings or soda available. You could get water, tea, or lemonade. Brisket was kinda tough but drenched with sauce to cover up bad cooking. Fried shrimp 🍤 was ALOT of breading with small shrimp. Noteworthy details Casino was unfortunately not good either. Main and second floor was very smokey and stunk. No air cleaner at all. Downstairs was non-smoking but older machines and no tables.
