Room was not very clean. Door lock was broken. No hairdryer, no toiletries, no in room coffee maker, no washcloths provided

Too far from Ferry Terminal. No food service and or breakfast.

i will never stay there again. Manager is rude when you complain. Places close by at similar price.

I was not rude i respond to your complaint and fixed it you made complaint about hot water.

It was a clean property, and the bed was comfortable. The room was next to the office, and the walls were so thin we could hear the door bell every time someone entered or exited the office. The owner/manager and family lived behind the office, and there was what sounded like an argument late in the evening, which we could hear (not in English, so we couldn't understand what was being said). The windows were very difficult to open, and the room was stuffy. The curtains were not in very good shape. All in all, I would never stay there again, and would not recommend it.
