Just say NO to this one!!!
I'm not snobby, it was bad.The owners own a cleaning company (said it was spotless) & it was not clean.Floors turned my white socks black and when we wiped up some water off the kitchen floor, paper towel was filthy.Bathroom floor & sink faucet were dirty AND poopy diapers in the trash can!!No table to eat at.Personal items like shampoos,body washes left in shower/tub. Stained & not enough bed linens.Dishes & utensils sparse, no spoons or knives.There was a coffee maker with no carafe/coffee pot (Inquired where it was & got no response) Both fridges & freezers were full of food (some open containers not covered) so no room for our items.Fan beside bed to use was covered in grime. Ceiling fan in one bedroom did not work, another was so loud and rattily it could not be used.AC took forever to cool down. Could not sit outside because the outdoor chairs were torn up & the odor of creosote from factory across the street was strong.Bad area of town.Door was left unlocked (keys left inside) & we were supposed to go on a search to find them-In their personal desk which we did not want to ramble through.Should have been communicated sooner how to enter and what the WiFi password was-Asked through the VRBO and never got response.Live ants in the kitchen & dead ones on the window sill.Curtains in the family room were so thin you could see right through them.Cameras everywhere.Felt like they lived there & just left for the weekend which made us feel uncomfortable.Paid 2 nights, stayed 1!
