Perfect North Conway Location!

The home was perfect for our girls foliage weekend in North Conway. Plenty of beds and baths, and very well appointed kitchen for our stay at home meals. Clean and comfortable and location was close to all North Conway Activities, Dining and shopping. We had a couple of questions and received immediate responses. We look forward to staying at this lovely home again.

Great family size condo in the heart of North Conway

Two families with teens fit perfect with room to spare. Many laughs shared in the game room area over darts, shooting pool and playing wii. The fully screened in porch off the master bedroom was perfect for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee as well as a bug free evening of playing cards. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the open floor plan allowed everyone to still be together while preparing meals. We will definitely be renting again in the near future. Highly recommend this property for all of your White Mountain adventures!!!

Spacious for 10

There is way more space than what you think. There were 4 kids, 3 of which stayed in the multi bed room and had a blast. Heads up that is the only bedroom on that floor but the access point is from the main area. The closets are huge. Quiet area. Nice sunroom to hang out in. Would stay again!

Boys Biking Trip

We booked this property because of its location and ability to fit our group. Wow were we surprised by the size of the house and the location to the biking trails Homerun! Marc was a pleasure to deal with from day 1. We were so excited to get up to North Conway to enjoy the riding we reached out for early entry to the home and were granted access so our weekend started with a great ride. We would 100% rent again. Fun Trip, Great House

My extended family and I. Have been making an annual trip to North Conway for several years now and this is the first house we have stayed in twice. The house was in a great location (2 minutes from Cranmore, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Storyland and close to many other attractions we enjoyed) and the house had more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. It was clean, comfortable, and I would Definitely stay here again.

This home OVER Delivered!

The pictures dont do it justice. All the rooms are so much larger than expected. So much space for everyone to gather or not. Bonus finished basement was perfect for our family of 4 with a 4 year old to escape when needed. Fully stocked kitchen and perfectly cleaned. minutes to everything in N.Conway. Thanks Marc! Looking forward to our next trip.

Awesome layout! Up to date! Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The porch off the master bedroom and living room is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Ate breakfast there every morning. Played cards on porch at night. The basement is a wonderful family cave with a full bath plenty of beds a pool table and wii. Marc was responsive and helpful. Excellent location for our Saco tubing trip Right next to cranmore.

Wonderful location- great for multiple families

We’ve stayed at Marc’s home twice - once during ski season and once for a summer trip to North Conway. Both times we stayed with multiple families and always felt like there was enough space to comfortably enjoy our stays. The bedrooms are spacious, kitchen has everything we needed, living room was open and airy. And so clean! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a easy stay in a great location (3 minutes from Cranmore).

Nice Property but Overpriced, Won’t Return

This was one of the priciest homes in the area but we chose it anyway based on the professional management but probably should have passed. I had emailed the company with a question prior to final payment and it took them more than a month to respond! The house itself was clean and well appointed. We were really disappointed that there were no darts to use with the dartboard and no instructions on how to use the tv or the gas fireplace. Noticed there was mold in the washing machine and it smelled, we didn’t need to use it so that didn’t really effect us. My biggest frustration is that we had no idea what to do with the trash. The info from Evolve clearly said we had to bring it to the neighborhood dumpster. We drove all around looking for one and found nothing. I called the emergency contact/property owner to find out where to put the trash. He didn’t answer the call and didn’t call back for an hour so guess who had to drive three hours with smelly trash in the backseat? Owner tried to tell me he had sent instructions but when shown proof he hadn’t, he admitted he must have forgotten. All in all this was a lovely home but it was seriously overpriced. There are many more beautiful homes reasonably priced with responsive management and ownership.

Can't wait to go back

This is one property where the pictures do not lie. Everything looks just like the photos but even better and bigger! The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the living space social and welcoming, the kitchen stocked. Right next to Cranmore and woods for hiking. Can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful week in North Conway

We had a fantastic week stay in this house! Our two families had plenty of room and all the amenities of home provided! The house is the perfect location, just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was a very hot week and AC worked well. We had 4 kids with us ages 5-10 and they loved the bunk bed room, downstairs living room and pool table! Marc, the property owner, was very attentive to our questions. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Location location location!!

The location and cleanliness of the property is second to none. There was 8 family members ranging in age from 6 to 84. Everyone enjoyed the property and everything we did was 20 minutes or less away. 5 stars!!

This house is great! Well kept, with plenty of space for the family and friends. The location is amazing, just minutes from downtown and the outlets...not to mention the amazing views of the area.
