"We loved that the property was clean and easily accessible! It wasn’t full of frills but we knew that going in! The hotel was located on the Acadia National Park side of town which was AMAZING! We didn’t have to fight the Bar Harbor traffic everyday headed towards the Park."

"We came here with our family of 5 during a recent visit to Acadia National Park. The tent was good, and the property was nice. The kids roasted s'mores a couple of nights and really enjoyed that. I also appreciate the free ice and firewood. Maddie, who works at the restaurant, was incredible. Excellent service and attention. It did seem like several of the other staff members around the facilities and at the restaurant were not trained as well. It was great to be able to gather with our family in the the Lodge on days when it was raining or evenings when the mosquitoes were just too much. The complimentary breakfast was also a helpful addition. Location wise, we were about 20-30 minutes away from most trails in the park. If I we end up going back to Acadia again, we will probably stay closer to the lakes and trails next time."
