Enjoyed our stay here. Location is close to town, pretty water view, nice balcony, and loved having a kitchen! It’s also an Island Explorer bus stop which was very convenient. Breakfast provided options each morning.

Our view of the ocean was phenomenal. Great value. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Only drawback was they hadn't refilled the body wash in time fornour stay. I'd recommend staying here

Staff in the morning was rude i explaned to them i had a wedding at four oclock and i understand checkin isent till three the lady at the front desk was very rude in when i asked if there was anyway to get in a little early she rudly said checkin is three no exceptions. The breakfast was the nastiest thing i and the people in my party had ever tasted. Hallways you had to go up two big bumps with luggage carrier. Carpet in hallways ripped up. Overall a horrible stay

The entire facility was very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The views were amazing! A great place to stay! The bus picks up at this hotel, so getting to Bar Harbor was very easy.

Loved this place on the side of the hill. We had a waterfront view and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was nice, a few hot items but it satisfied you. Staff was super nice and there is ample parking. If you like to walk, you could walk into to town but it’s a little hike. We did drive into Bar Harbor for dinner and paid to park in a lot but finding somewhere to eat around 7, without waiting 90 minutes was hard. We ended up at Stewman’s Lobster pound with hardly any wait and it was delicious! I don’t know that staying at a hotel in town would be worth the additional cost but it might be more convenient for some.

Eyrie was delightful. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views. Checkin was a breeze and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything one could need is provided. The area is gorgeous, although extremely crowded. So much so that the lack of parking made eating in Bar Harbor impossible.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s not fancy with many bells and whistles but exactly what the doctor orders. Easy transportation to downtown and so many places to eat. It’s very close to Cadillac mountain.

The hotel is pretty outdated, but suited us fine for the trip. There is no housekeeping during the duration of your stay. You have to put your towels out and your garbage out yourself. But we struggled to get our towels refilled without tracking someone down ourselves. Breakfast Was OK but not great.
