Loved the location of this property, could easily walk to downtown Bar Harbor and avoid paying for parking. Easy access to Acadia and quick entrance to Cadillac Mt Jordan Pond areas easily avoiding traffic. Complimentary water and Kind bars always available. Grab and go breakfast with hot tea and coffee. New owners making upgrades, we wanted a clean location to spend our days hiking and this worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable, room temp good. Most motels in area are older and this one is also but well kept and clean. I would not keep any valuables in car overnight. Not certain but car alarm went off during the night and the next morning there were hand prints on the windows as if someone had been looking in all the windows of the car. That would not be a reflection of the hotel but the area itself since it is a tourist area but safe overall.

Room was not clean, shower/tub would not drain and it was not clean, towel bar was loose and fell apart. Water smelled terrible! We've never had hotel water smell before. It was so bad we left after 1 night. Manager did not want to reimburse for the other 2 nights, so we spent over $800 for the disgusting and unlivable room for 1 night. Expedia should NOT offer this place to anyone

The staff was honestly amazing. I don’t often actually talk to hotel staff often beyond normal checking in/out but had a few interactions with them here and they were actually some of the kindest human strangers I’ve met. I had some issues with my flight/rental car and arrived very late to the property. The night manager (I wish I could remember his name) was so accommodating and apologetic for my travel issues. He carried my bag to my room and recommended a hike I should go on. I went on it and it was spectacular. All in all an amazing experience especially after a not so great travel day. 10/10 will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

Great place! Very close to the park and downtown (walking distance). We were so lucky to score an early check in and drop our bags. We enjoyed the quick breakfast foods. The complimentary water, snacks and coffee were awesome. Staff was so friendly and helpful!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Its a motel, so rooms pretty much as expected. Bed comfy but not much else. Bathroom on the smaller side. Its on a well traveled intersection and motorcycle / traffic noise is frequent into the night. Grab and go breakfast is not much other than a few pastries, coffee, and snack bars. Free waters were appreciated. Location is fine with 15 min casual walk to downtown restaurants, ice cream, shops.

Property is in a good location, just blocks from the main area of Bar Harbor. It was clean, quiet and the staff was helpful. Breakfast is minimal - juice, pastries and fruit. There is juice, granola bars and other bars available 24 hours.

Check-in was quick and our 2nd floor room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking and just about a 10 minute walk to Main St., Bar Harbor with your choice of places to eat and shop or just walk around. Loved the grab and go breakfast options for our early morning hikes. Would definitely stay here again.
