Every member of that staff that I interacted with had a smile on their face and was happy to answer any questions or help in any way. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend upgrading to the garden or pool view room. The resort had everything we needed!

Room was nice also clean. No Ocean view from our room. Pool was perfect. Ice was an issue for our room. Staff was very helpful We would definitely go back.

People are super friendly, rooms are big and clean, food at the all inclusive package is totally worth it. There are 2 main restaurants where you can have à la carte food and they have good options and variety. The beachfront advertisements are for real, you literally walk 20 steps to the beach

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive
The resort was very clean. The staff was very nice and eager to make sure you stay was wonderful. The food was above average. The pool and surrounding area was absolutely fabulous. The only thing that needs to happen if this resort is an upgrade at rooms very outdated

Occidental Papagayo - Adults Only - All inclusive
There is no wait staff at any of the resort except in the restaurants. In bars and at pools you have to go to the bar yourself. There is very limited shade at the pools. Only loungers and no sitting tables. Seats in the shade get towels on them as early as 6am. The food is limited in selection although ...
