We did not get the rooms we booked and the room they put us in had three flights of steps and our mom has a walker, so difficult for her to navigate. Will not stay here again for that reason. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the food was great! I just felt staff were not helpful when checking in

Room was too noisy. Right on the road even though I had an ocean front view. and there is very little noise cancellation. No 24 hours bell boy for luggage and help desk doesnt respond late hours. Not a 4 star stay IMHO

Beautiful grounds, Construction was annoying since it was happening in our pathway every day. Pools were great, staff was perfect. The bed left a lot to be desired. We were happy with our stay.

Nice clean room with an incredible view of the beach and sunsets. A/C worked well and was nice and cool when I needed a break from the heat or was sleeping. Staff was very friendly in every scenario. Front desk, servers, maintenance, security, concierge... Cleaning staff did excellent work keeping the room clean daily. Free breakfast buffet every day was excellent. No complaints. 5 out 5!!

I enjoyed the 3 days I stayed here but some of the female staff were a bit rude and passive aggressive.I am specifically talking about the women in the dinning area at breakfast .The property was clean and the breakfast was great.its in a convenient location right in the heart of Tamarindo .My room was a bit dated but overall I think it was great.
