Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by front desk clerk Fatima and Rosalind and throughout my stay they provided me with great customer service and great hospitality they were very kind and sweet throughout the trip and they were helpful with everything that was provided for me. I would definitely stay there again when I book my next trip to New York and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The overall stay was good. The location was excellent especially if you wanted to visit times square. I just wish they had more options for breakfast.😁

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are small but met our needs. I can’t compliment the staff enough with how helpful and kind they were. Wayne was especially kind and helpful and we appreciated the wonderful service he gave us!

My partner and I had a disappointing stay at Comfort Inn. We checked in around 11:30 PM on a Saturday night and were given the corner room in the basement (I believe it was C-103). Upon entering, we checked the bathroom and found toilet paper in the toilet and hair in the hair dryer, leading us to believe that the room was not properly cleaned. We requested a room change and were told that there were none available. We later discovered that we also had no trash cans, and when we asked the gentleman working at the front desk, he gave us one trash bag. The nearby ice machine in the hallway beeped almost throughout the night, and we had to call the same gentleman twice to ask him to fix it. We felt that he was not very welcoming, friendly, or helpful from the time we checked in. During the remaining of our stay, we often found housekeeping carts blocking our entrance to the room. Sadly, our hotel experience put a damper on what would have been an otherwise lovely trip.

Received room clean, water pressure was great and hot. Distance from the Javits Center was good within walkable distance. The dining experience (breakfast) food and space was limited. The room space was condensed but usable.
