Fantastic Beach Property has it all. 7 minute drive to gorgeous beaches. Top notch neighborhood with a lovely park down the street and the intercoastal just a 5 minute walk. Canal street with wonderful restaurants and nightlife a 1 mile walk. Home includes a wonderful deck under canopies of trees, a large garden back yard with a patio for grilling. Inside has a perfect layout, large updated kitchen and beautiful sunroom to start your day. Full-size washer and dryer and a 2-car garage.
