I would book through the property directly next time. We were not given the corner deluxe room with a view on check in. The property was not sent the proper rooming information, so they did not know. Luckily the staff was amazing and once I showed my receipt from the booking, they upgraded the room. However, we were on the lowest floor out of 12 and the view was terrible. Its not the property's fault. They were not sent the right room info to reserve it and all they had was the lowest floor available.

It was a nice modern looking hotel. The only hiccup was upon arrival to check-in the gentleman receptionist couldn’t speak because he had a tracheostomy… so very difficult to communicate.

The Hilton Canopy hotel was very nice! The front desk and room service personnels were on point! Darryl and Miss Lala were very friendly, professional and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, but the surrounding areas were a bit dirty and filled with too many homeless people.
