"We arrived quite late and the team at check-in were amazing. We had just welcomed our newest grandson at a nearby hospital and had not had a chance to eat dinner. Not only did the team offer to keep the bar open a little later, they also happily made up some food for us and this was well after 11 pm. Super friendly and personable staff. Our room was fantastic, super clean. Great location. Will absolutely choose Hyatt again. Thank you for an amazing last-minute stay."

"The location to the Byward Market was excellent. The host spoke too hastily for a welcoming reception. The two bedroom, two bathroom was clean and comfortable. The living room decor could use a touch more style. The loss of water between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am was inconvenient (city repairs), yet Les Suites supply bottled water to help. Parking at $40 a day ( with tax ) was steep. I would return if there is no other 2 bedroom suite in the area to try. On a scale of 1- 10, all things considered, I would rate it 7.5 ."

"Environnement propre, grandes chambres, belles vues sur Ottawa ou Gatineau. Le personnel est courtois et a l’écoute. Par contre, l’hôtel devrait être rénovée. Il y a des appareils brisés (première visite le séchoir. Deuxième visite le bain était toute craqué, présence de rouille et réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas.) malgré tout j’ai avisé la réception et j’ai reçu de nouvelles chambres. Tout était bien!"
