Enjoyed our stay - the condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Balcony was fun to enjoy glass of wine. Location incredible - access to Vandy and nice neighborhood. Parking secure. Beds comfortable! Tito's restaurant downstairs and delicious. Will stay again!!

We enjoyed our brief visit to Nashville. This place matches the description from the listing. The hosts were great and responded quickly through the app. The walls were thin, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you want to sleep on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night when many residents or other guests are returning from their Broadway experiences late in the evening to early morning.

We had an interesting stay! The information we were given for check in was incorrect on where to park and did not provide all the codes needed (ie. code for the pool). the electrical in the unit was bad! When we walked in and turned on the kitchen lights they all started flickering, then when looking around at the space and turning on additional lights in the unit, the breaker would pop, multiple outlets did not work. We did contact the company who said someone would come out the next morning - not sure that ever happened as we still had issues the whole stay. We ended up using 2 lamps for the whole stay to ensure we did not have a strobe party or continue to blow the circuits. The location was great to almost everything - we would defiantly stay there again should the issues be resolved.

Property is nice as advertised. Location is quiet the way we like it. Parking is convenient,check in has no problem, unlike others we experienced before. Enough stockings of laundry pots, good size washer, dryer, and nice bath room compliment packages. All in all we like it very much, no complaints whatsoever. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever do the next trip. Thanks.

The apartment was very clean and modern. No complaints about the property itself. Our check in instructions included 3 different codes so it was a little confusing knowing which one to use to get into the building vs. the apartment. But after figuring it out, it was no problem.

The host was amazing to deal with, fast to respond to any messages we sent. The apartment was exactly as shown, if not better than the photos, very clean and well kept. The location was amazing, convenient, easy to get in/out of, quick access to the interstate about 2 minutes away, very safe area. Parking was super easy as there was a parkade with lots of spots available. The pool and A/C was a nice added touch for the hot August days. Overall the experience was amazing and I would happily stay there again.

Condo was just the right size for our family of four. Relaxing clean space with a great view on the balcony. Check in and check out were very easy. Plenty of extra towels and sheets if needed were provided. Some reviews that are not about the host, area seemed safe. There is currently construction so the parking garage was a little confusing at first but fine once we realized where we needed to be. Pool area was relaxing and clean. Residents who live in the building were also very friendly and accommodating if we had any questions about the area. Very secure building.

Great apartment and location!

Definitely recommend staying in this place. It is close to everything--restaurants, shops, Vanderbilt U, Broadway. It was comfortable and spacious. Very clean and up to dateParking was good too. Easy to access the apartment and the management was very responsive to any question or concern we had. Only comment would be that we wish there was more plates, cutlery and glasses. But, other than that, would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville.

Cute, clean, close to downtown

It was a great stay! We were very happy to stay in a clean cute place within walking distance of Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. The main downtown music scene was a short ride away and very convenient. The gym and pool were very nice as well.

Super cute condo

My family (myself, hubs, 10yo and 17 yo) stayed here on our visit to Nashville over spring break. The condo was walking distance to the Parthenon and park. The restaurant Titos had just opened downstairs and was wonderful! I love that it was an easy convenient dinner on our first day. The beds were super comfy and overall we had everything we needed. The welcome packages had 2 laundry pods included which I appreciated because i forgot to bring some.

Sparkling clean, new condo

This was the perfect stay for our swim meet at the Centennial Sportsplex. The beds were comfortable, the condo was new and clean, and everything worked perfectly. This area of Nashville is very safe, and completely walkable. Parking is also easy. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a small issue and it was resolved quickly and easily. 100 % recommend!
