The Space:

City Luxe is a Germantown house built for families and larger groups who want everyone under one roof, booked here on VRBO instead of splitting between two smaller places. A neon sign reading "Welcome to Nashville" glows over an artificial plant wall by the dining table, and a slatted feature wall on the staircase spells out NASHVILLE MUSIC CITY, so the theme greets you the moment you walk in.



The main floor centers on a big kitchen island with stainless appliances, a living room with a sofa and mounted TV, and that neon-lit dining table, so parents cooking dinner are never cut off from the group in the next room. A ping pong table in the game room gives kids and adults alike something to do besides screens after a long day out.



Upstairs, four bedrooms and a private balcony give each family or couple their own corner to retreat to when the house needs some quiet. Spend the day exploring Germantown and downtown Nashville, come back for a ping pong tournament, then wind down on the balcony before everyone splits off to their own room for the night.

It's a quieter home base with downtown Nashville energy just a short drive away



Getting Around:

Rideshares are an easy way to reach downtown Nashville and Broadway for a night out. Germantown's flat, walkable streets also make it simple to explore the neighborhood on foot during the day
