Very Clean hotel, there was no hot water when I arrived which was not the hotel's fault. The breakfast is nothing special but again it's FREE and the location is perfect for a short Uber ride downtown.

The room was in decent condition but the shower had zero hot water, I had to take a very cold shower when it was in the teens temperature outside. The lobby was under construction so there were tarps hanging around everywhere which would have been okay if the rest of the property was taken care of. The hallways and elevators were nasty and the trash bin directly outside the entrance was over filled with trash to where it was spilling onto the ground. The parking lot had glass everywhere from a previous break and my vehicle didn't feel the safest. For the price of the room per night I expected a much nicer stay. Will most likely not stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland ever again.
