The home was central to most things. Shopping, dining, entertainment. We enjoyed the spacious layout though there were lots of stairs. The rooftop was great. The kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to prepare anything. The property managers were responsive, The home was decorated nicely and while there are reviews about the trains it was not unbearable. Bonus: TVs & ceiling fans in all rooms is a rare find.

WE DIDNT GET THE PASSWORDS UNTILABOUT 6 THAT NIGHT. I SENT HIM SEVERAL MESSAGES BEFORE WE LEFT TEXAS, HE NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEM.. THE TOWNHOUSE WE STAYED IN WAS BEAUTIFUL , NO PROBLEMS THERE EXCEPT HAD TO GET USE TO THE TRAIN AALL THE TIME.

Great place to stay for our group of 8. Enough space for everyone and loved every couple having their own bathroom space! Getting an Uber or Lyft to and from the airport, downtown Broadway and other places was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, very clean. The host was very accommodating. Close to downtown. We had 4 couples and everyone had their own room and bathroom. There was a train however it was a non issue to any of us. Would highly recommend staying there.

Pros: The house is lovely. Well laid out and equipped. Everything is new and in good condition.Cons: The train is just a few yards from the house, it comes by frequently at all hours of the day and night, and because it is approaching a railroad crossing it blows it’s horn three times as it is passing the house. Even with the white noise machines supplied in every bedroom and ear plugs that we went out and purchased after the first sleepless night, we were regularly awakened by the trains passing throughout the night.If you’re an incredibly sound sleeper, this is a lovely place to stay. If an incredibly loud train passing by regularly will disrupt you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Place was spotless. Could upgrade the cooking equipment since fry pans have teflon coming off. Larger cleaning sponge/ pad would help and additional kitchen towels for drying. We were ok with the long stairway and train noise but others might not be.

This townhome provided a great atmosphere and ample space for a large gathering and was only a short drive to main attractions in Nashville. It is right next to an active train track and the garage is not made for larger vehicles, but a noise machine and outdoor cameras helped address these issues. Checkout was a breeze as you just pack your bags and head out on your next adventure!

Perfect Nashville Stay – Even Better Than Expected! This home was honestly so much bigger and better than we expected! Everything about it exceeded our expectations — the appliances were top-notch, the entire place was spotless, and the modern décor made it feel so cozy and welcoming, like a true home away from home.The beds were insanely comfortable, and the outdoor space was absolutely phenomenal. Even with so many fun things to do in Nashville, we found ourselves wanting to stay in and enjoy the house! We actually went around and asked everyone what their favorite part was, and unanimously, everyone said the rooftop.The massive kitchen island was perfect for hosting and made it so easy to have a big family-style dinner with our group of seven friends. We also loved the games provided and used pretty much all of them! Every room was spacious, and everyone felt super comfortable.The attention to detail was incredible — from feminine products in the bathrooms to a sewing kit, plenty of towels, and thoughtful little touches everywhere. It truly felt like everything we could possibly need was already there.We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. If we come back to Nashville, we’ll 100% be booking here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Yes, there are trains, but it’s not really an issue. Very centrally located! No more than 10 to 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Enough space to spread out and work individually. Also comfortable for our group of four to meet in the kitchen and living area. Very clean and comfortable.

Not as advertised in photos

The pictures show a garafe to park in. However, while it appears to be a two car garage, it not even big enough to fit anything bigger than a compact car or SMALL SUV. Not even close to fitting second vehicle. The floors were so unclean tgat after walking around for only 10 minutes, my white socks were black. It is right next to train tracks with multiple trains going through all hours of the day and night. If you're a light sleeper at all, tge train whistles will wake you several times per night.
