Room had a few items that showed wear & tear…spots on carpet, rust on main door and edges of bathroom door. But what really surprised me was the gaps in the exterior wall by the heating system which I didn’t discover until the following morning as I wondered why there was a cold breeze. We took photos if needed.

The room smelt like cigarettes and the staff never threw our trash away from the trash can. Our trash was filled to the top and overfilling. Instead of giving us new towels they just refilled our old used towels. Though the staff was nice and breakfast was okay. Try going else if you want a better stay.

I will be contacting Expedia for a full refund. The staff was rude and my room was dirty when I got there. Two days into our three day stay they said we cannot stay at the hotel due to some complaints against a hockey team, while my family was no where near that. It was disappointing. Stay at Cambria if you want a great Nashville experience

Great location right on Broadway. Walking distance to the arena, country music HOF, Ryman, and the ‘strip’. Hotel was very clean, friendly staff.
