"The staff were great but sparse - apparently there is a staffing problem. The pool area was out of control-running, yelling, jumping into the pool, children in the hot tub. The hot tub was disgusting. It had bits of stuff in the water and a horrible foul/sour smell that penetrated our suits and towels. "
