Couldn't Be Happier

I don't know where to start. The staff was incredible. I mean the absolute best I have ever experienced and I mean this in everyway possible. They made every part of our stay perfect. I was planning a anniversary surprise and they worked with me to get every detail right, and more importantly they gave me ideas and took over when I needed help. At some point someone else took our cab and without me having to ask one of the guys went and got the company car and drove us to the restaurant so we would miss out reservation. Karyn and her concierge team were amazing. Honestly, this is the best hotel experience I have ever had.
