"The only negative I have is truly an opinion. The vibe of the lobby, shops and other amenities felt very modern, trendy and upscale. However, the room decor felt a bit more dated in comparison. That being said, everything was in the room was in immaculate condition with equally immaculate cleaning service. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The view of Tokyo Tower was absolutely perfect and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe to walk in the evenings with plenty of dining options."

"This was our second stay at The Royal Park. It's now our go-to for pre-departure night. It is literally attached to HND Terminal 3, and the lobby exits into the T3 check-in/restaurant area. Unbelievably convenient. No worries about getting to the airport on departure morning. Last time we had a "salaryman" type room here with 2 twin beds, small but very clean and efficient. This time we had more of a "deluxe" large room with tons of space. Again, very clean, and had a wonderful large bathroom boasting the nicest multi-ply toilet paper of any hotel we stayed in (may sound silly, but it was noticeable... for some reason most Japanese hotels use the melts-in-your-hand 1-ply cheapo paper, even some luxury hotels). Beds were very comfortable. Great night's sleep before 22 hours of lines and flights! Staff very professional and helpful."
