Worst stay in a hotel I paid 200 hundred a night
First of all when we get there a check in they gave us keys and they didn’t work. So I when down back to front desk to let them know that the keys didn’t work so gave me another set when back up a the keys still didn’t work. While I had my wife my two daughters an my 12 month son waiting whole time in hallway. Besides the fact that we was there for a work event there at the Marriot that started at 4:00pm. And anyway they said they will send up maintenance in a few minutes that took like ten minutes waiting. So than he arrived a try to open door with master key but still door didn’t open. He tell us he had remove battery a put a new one in an he would be back to get tools. Came back in about 5-7 minutes to take whole door apart an put new battery in so finally to finished took around 10-15 minutes. So we was waiting for about 40 minutes. So finally me an my wife get dress to go to our work event. So we are there an my daughters call a said they pulled out the couch bed an it was dirty a full of crumbs everywhere. The was decussed an didn’t want to be there. So I called down to front desk an let them know what happen so said we can either call house cleaning or change rooms. So my daughters decided they wanted to change room. So at about 9pm we had to pack our things up an take to another room. So it was the same kind of room but seemed smaller. The new room didn’t have no sheets an blanket for couch bed so they finally brought them up. This is all with a 12 month old child.
