The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful! However, the first room we checked in had ants. The second room was much better!

The front desk employee that worked the night shift was very nice, provided good information about the hotel amenities and surrounding places. I should have gotten his name. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. 5 stars
