All staff was pleasant and accommodating and made me feel welcomed and valued. I appreciated the real ceramic tiles in the shower surround. Breakfast area was clean and well-stocked with ongoing attention throughout the morning. There were plenty of towels, as well as other amenities.

Parking lot is very very dark. Non guests wandering the parking lot. Property is older, front desk staff were all excellent & efficient. Breakfast was decent and dining room very clean. Good value, parking lot a little sketch.

Location, service, quiet, convenient and family safe environment. Service and staff are great. Property condition poor. Staff tried make our stay so pleasant. A/C is noisy and room is warm even at 27F temperature. Shower water is very slow and same is the case with sink water flow. Bed and mattress bad and making noise when move from inside to other. Elevator is terribly slow. Overall property is bad but service and staff are awesome and high makes out stay fine

Very clean. I wish the gym wasn’t so warm and humid. It’s right next to the indoor pool so the humidity comes from the pool. It’s also made the workout equipment rusty. But everything seemed to work except the screen in the elliptical. Overall, it was a pleasant stay however.
