"The hotel is good and well maintained. The food was good, and the staff were generally kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my stay. My European Type C travel plug adapter went missing from my room after the cleaning service. I reported the issue to reception, but initially, the only response I received was an apology. After raising the issue several times, I was eventually given another adapter, but it was not as useful or suitable as the one I had lost. For me, however, the main issue is not the value of the adapter, but the feeling of trust and security. Having a personal item disappear from my room after cleaning was very concerning, and I expected the hotel to take the matter more seriously and investigate what had happened. Overall, the hotel itself is good, but this experience unfortunately affected my impression of my stay."

"Estos días estimi os muy bien, muy bien tractades por todo el personal, des de la limpieza asta todos los demás. Muy atentes de mis padres ( personas Mayores 86 y 83 años). Todo muy bien, pero, para pasar unos días seguidos hay un tema que no nos acabó de satisfà el, es el tema del menú, comer y cenar dos tres días seguidos, no hay mucha varietad. La comida buena y bien presentada, pero poca variedad. Fuímos con el perro y también se sintió bien grata do, siempre que està amos en el bar de la terraza o de dentro, pedíamos agua, pero muchas veces sin pedirla nos preguntaban por si la queríamos. El veta o pasado estubimos y decidí os repetir este, de lo bien que ya estubimos, pero este verano mucho más agradables, atentos y esto que el año pasado ya estubimos muy, muy bien. Un personal muy bueno en su trabajo. Las que limpias las habitaciones muy bien, pero pobres, tantes habitaciones para limpiar, nos pareció muy duro, y ha lo por experiéncia, hace muchos años fua a trabajar a un hotel, 1o li piano habitaciones, luego bar y recepción. Me hagi cargo de lo duro que es limpiar habitaciones, pasillos.. felicitenlas. Gracias"
