The room was great, very clean. The staff was superior! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We go to Boston for very long Dr. appointments for our son, so we're usually pretty drained, and it just makes the experience so much nicer to have everything go smooth, and to have staff that makes the trip that much better. Highly highly recommend. This is our go-to place every time we're up for a reason.

The room was clean and perfect size. The breakfast and amenities (pool, laundry room, all-day coffee bar) also good, location excellent. My ONLY complaint, and it is sadly pretty significant, was the TERRIBLE internet. Despite multiple conversations with management and phone calls to the Internet provider, etc, NONE of my devices (or my visitor's devices) could consistently get online, and when we could, pages took 25 seconds or more to load so I couldn't do my remote work.
