"Clean room amazing staff"

"Totally not worth the overpriced rates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra fee, the spa has an extra fee. The amenities and entertainment is overcrowded since it’s open to the public so everything is crowded, expensive and not accommodating. The staff is very cold and business oriented almost feels that they are doing you a favor by staying there. I left my room before 7am and got a bill a few days later for $450 of late check out!! Didn’t received a notification of the charge or invoice just the charge on my credit card. I am still waiting for that credit! Not a good stay/experience at all!!!"

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. There were multiple service failures (valet not notified after I called ahead, front desk and housekeeping not answering calls), but the bigger issue was cleanliness and safety. The room was not properly cleaned — I found hair on the shower wall and blood stains and hair on the bedding. That alone is unacceptable. What made it worse were the valet incidents. One employee nearly hit me while I was waiting for my car and then got into my personal space in an aggressive way. Another time, my car was driven recklessly, with tires screeching in the parking area. Despite all of this, the only resolution offered was removal of 3 resort fee due to booking through Expedia, which is not an adequate response. This hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, professionalism, and guest safety."

"Lexington by Hotel RL Miami Beach was situated in a great location - quiet beach with the trolley and bus drop off right outside the lobby door. It seems as though the hotel was in the middle of a remodeling project, so the floors were dusty in the common areas and stairwells, and the hallways appeared unfinished. There was only one ice machine, which was located on the 5th floor. No closet space to hang your clothes. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was large with plenty of chairs. The Tiki Bar had limited hours. Access to the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas was excellent. "

"Good hotel. Beach access. Close to everything. Make sure to book rooms from floor 5 and up. Anything 4 and bellow face lobby. Lots of noise until late in the night. "
