Great place overall. Spacious and bright. However, Miami had a cold spell and our appartment was at 60 degrees Fahrenheit with no heating and no space heater available. Liked the pool area and beach access.

I recently stayed in a two-bedroom condo at Seacoast, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the pictures or description on Vrbo. The listing was misleading, and the condo was outdated and in need of a thorough cleaning and renovation. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only a very small table that seated two people, one skillet, and one small pot, making it difficult to prepare meals. The living room couch was uncomfortable, and while the beds were acceptable, they could have been much more comfortable. One of the toilets had noticeable stains, which was unpleasant. For a 4-day, 3-night stay, only six towels were provided. If we wanted clean towels, we had to pay to wash them ourselves in the on-site laundry, which was disappointing. The condo also had only two very small TVs—one in the living room and one in a bedroom—which felt inadequate for a two-bedroom unit.Overall, this was one of the worst vacation rentals I have stayed in. The property did not match the expectations set by the listing, and I would not recommend it without significant updates and improvements.

I gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Do not stay here! The pictures are misleading, the paint is peeling off the walls and celings all furniture is rusted and feels like it's going to fall apart. The sheets were stained, I'm not sure they were even washed between guests. The amenities advertised were largely unavailable or had modified times. We ordered food and once there was food in the trash we discovered it also had a massive roach infestation-at that point it was too late to move. Especially since the neighborhood is unsafe. Which was confirmed when my kids got to see a dead body across the street as we left the property. This was such a traumatizing stay and I am so sad our family vacation was absolutely ruined. We changed our flight and left early. The view was pretty and the security guard (checking in with the armed security gaurd should've been a clue) was nice but obviously the cons far outweigh any pros to this property or area. Keep your family safe and stay elsewhere.
Top of refrigerator-obviously not cleaned in a long time
All of the furniture looked like this, beat up ratty and some moldy
My son was afraid to shower because the other bathroom was even worse
