This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The hotel is dated and the staff is very rude. They do nothing to make your stay pleasant. You have to go to the “house keeping” closet to get your rooms clean towels, toilet paper or anything else you need for your stay. The staff does not speak English (only the desk and the parking attendant spoke English) and were very rude when we couldn’t communicate with them. They make you check in everyday with your beach towel and the towel must be returned that day for an exchange of a “ticket” If you loose your ticket, you need to pay 20. You are only allowed one clean beach towel per day. The pool area is old and the chairs are broken and dirty. If you want to use a cabana its 350. Look at the pictures to see how bad they are! They are GROSS! The beach chairs are worst and are broken. They say there is chair/umbrella service at the beach, nope! You have to carry your own chairs on the beach . It’s 20 to rent a umbrella and the guy wouldn’t even put it in the sand for us! The pool does have a bar, plan on spending 18 per drink, and they aren't good. The hotel is dated. They even out up “wet paint” signa to make it look like they are upgrading. That's funny, no new paint. . They have a small store and you can buy coffee/breakfast and snacks. Oh- and I hope you don't need toilet paper anytime after 4:30 pm. You are out of luck! House keeping is closed! No one in the hotel will get you any. You need to go buy your own!
