"VERY NOISY from street and entrance ramp to highway, and hotel’s outside seating area! I had a two night stay and should have more curious about the earplugs placed on the bed as I entered the room. I was JOLTED away from a nap on arrival and asked to be moved to another room. When I mentioned the noise to the front desk, the woman responded “I don’t know anything about the noise up there, I’m never in the rooms”…yet, did I mention there were earplugs!?? When the male brought up a key to switch rooms, he warned “if you’re complaining about the noise on that side, the sound on this side will be worse,” when he showed that room, NO SURPRISE, there lay earplugs in that room too. I expected at least a conversation at checkout. ‘How was your stay’? I even recorded the sound to play, if they asked…they didn’t! …CRICKETS!!!!!! The absolute WORSE stay ever! I will not return, and unless you can sleep through 1:30-2:30am roaring motorcycles, loud sounding cars, sirens and the late night (well after “quite hours”) parties outside, RUN to another property! Property itself was good, breakfast was decent, if you catch it early. Wish I could have enjoyed it."
